❤ I thought of starting a blog about mental health in the past two years, but I was a bit worried about what people will get from my content, how they will perceive me, and I was even afraid of being judged. It took me a good amount of time just to start hahaha. Fear can be savage you know, it works non-stop, but with this blog, we will see how we interact with this fear. Today I am not shy or distressed about what people will say about my mental health or perceive, I am happy. We can share our experience.
